As he offer documents quote $1,000, 50% deposit, nothing to see he make a lie his partner already to ship the package, after you pay the rest of 25%, he give you a tracking no. from a web uspsdshipping.com, this is fake web not real shipping company, when the package is arrived in your country, then the status will show on hold, he use this shipping email to ask you to pay refundable insurance $500, he also play a delivery scam, if you still pay that, you can't get it. Don't trust him.
