This is email scam keeps evolving. It now wants $800 instead of $700, has much worse English, and actually claims to have video of you masterbating to porn. Still funny they go through such pains to explain how they acquired the video but don't bother to explain how to send BTC. Trust me, anyone who believes this email needs hand holding to pay in BTC.
