In addition to working full time in one career as an engineering consultant, I am physically in Iquitos, Peru at the moment conducting research on bauxite and gold mining in the Amazonas so I expect my time to be quite limited as I focus on these two full time endeavors. In the meantime, I'm looking to hire a personal assistant to support me in a variety of areas; someone who can perform specific business tasks as I assign them. This might include running various errands such as: Basic office support as needed Drop off documents to local post office Prepares and maintains all client orders/files Make follow up calls to factories, customers, and Post Office Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters Requirement: Ability to work independently, efficiently and multi - task Ability to meet deadlines in a timely fashion, prioritize assignments with little or no supervision. Scamming on Barefoot Student website. Received an email from him right after when I applied for position listed, I had suspicions and decided to check the web. Please beware. Had an advertisement for a part-time job on my university's pipeline. I emailed the email my resume and received a "too good to be true" type job. The email started like "Thank you for your application, I hope this message finds you well. This is a part time position that allows you to work remotely from home. In addition to working full time in one career as an engineering consultant, I am physically in Iquitos, Peru at the moment conducting research on bauxite and gold mining......" I got suspicious because there was no information about John Silvia and Silvia was spelled differently in the emails. I don't know how to deal with this, but I hope I don't hear from that email again.
