Pay for goods that never arrive

Take payment for goods then request more money for delivery using a fake delivery company. I am aware what I was buying wasn't 'legal'. I am a veteran who lives in a lot of pain, I have scripts for some of what I ordered. I was looking for help while I wait for DVA to accept my claims and process my gold card. I couldn't afford it legally, and I couldn't withdraw my bitcoin so I used these guys. I'm not proud of what I have done. I was feeling very low and needed help. I turned to the wrong place and I see that now. I don't expect my money back, I gave them chances to refund me. Now I want to see them shut down. I would like to remain anonymous as I am embarrassed about my actions
