Sucks you in by saying they have hacked your system/webcam and use an old password to 'prove' it. Then they blackmail you saying they have a video of you watching porn which they will send to all your contacts if you don't pay them $1900 in btc. I googled the sender's email and was directed to this page. Also multiple news articles confirm the email is a scam.
