Received three different emails, asking for different money amount to solve this so called "hack". it's easy to obtain old cracked passwords and spoof an email. why would someone send three different emails to the same email account? it makes it even more suspect to be faked. hopefully a white hat hacker could find out the information on this scammer.

I am a computer consultant. just because someone sent an email from the same email account name as yours does not mean your email is hacked. Always keep your Windows updates switched on. Disconnect a webcam once you have finished using it. do no open any attachment you dont trust. Banks never ask for your details on email. take basic steps and you will be fine. if in doubt just delete any email.
