Claims that…They know a password of mine and gained access to personal information, they placed software on an adult website, they gained access to my device and placed a keylogger on it, they filmed me watching a video using my front facing camera, they have contacts from Messenger, FB and email and if I do not send the 999USD in bitcoin they will release this video to all of my contacts, they have a way of knowing if I have read the email and ignored it, they are untraceable and there is no point in going to law enforcement.
