They lie about everyting, they just have some old password list downloaded and are trying to fool you. Change your passwords once in a while and you're done. Don't think of replying to those mails, that way they will know more about you. (as in your ip address if you send using outlook for instance). If you do pay, they will come back for more. again: THEY DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT YOU, THEY LIE! DON'T EVER PAY!!!
