As the other people have indicated it is a scam extortion attempt. I was in my spam email folder to look for something and saw this. It had a fake password as mine. I recommend you shut the account however these morons usually can get around it.

I received a email on 8th November 2019, using a password and stating my 'computer has been infected by a Remote Administration Tool'. The perpetrator stated they have all my information and have, via webcam, me apparently 'Pleasuring yourself'. I was given 2 days to transfer $900 in bitcoin to their bitcoin account as stated. Failure to do so would see me published across the whole web inc. Darknet. I was given the option of places to buy these from, or set up a wallet on blockchain.com. I have carried out my own checks but have drawn a blank on the information provided, until I googled their bitcoin address and it lead me to this site. This person needs to be caught! This could have serious mental health consequences to naïve and vulnerable people! Fortunately I didn't panic as I smelled a rat. Please catch whomever is doing this!
